Do you connect to my store or analytics account?
No. Metric Letter works from exports you supply. Direct account access and live monitoring are outside the package.
Will the report tell me why sales changed?
It describes changes supported by your data and can identify questions to investigate. It does not claim a cause that the supplied figures cannot establish.
What if a metric is missing?
The limitation is noted rather than replaced with an invented value. Supplying comparable current and prior-month figures makes the comparison more useful.
When will I receive my package?
Our target is five business days after verified payment and complete inputs. Missing source material or unanswered questions may delay the start of work. Your private workspace shows package status.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. One consolidated revision request is included when submitted within seven days of delivery. It must stay within the purchased scope.
